Pathan 2

Pathan 2 is a fully open source implementation of the W3C XPath 2 specification. We are working to implement the specification in its current Working Draft form and will be updating Pathan as new specifications are released. A beta release is available on our download page.

Pathan 2 uses the Xerces-C DOM XML parser by the Apache Foundation and hence can be used in concert with Xerces-C to provide XPath functionality in 3rd party software.

Pathan 2 is provided to the community as we feel that the Pathan module increases the scope and usefulness of the Xerces-C library and will be an aid to other XML developers in their projects.
